The Etisalat Group, for the second time, is participating in the tour with an official team of employees from across 19 countries the telecommunications company operates in.  Applicants are being evaluated in their respective counties using a variety of sophisticated health, fitness and psychological criteria using the expertise of local teams and the Etisalat Group.

IDF Europe

The Geneva Diabetics Association

The Geneva Diabetics Association (AGD) has the goals of defending the interests of people with diabetes in all domains, providing them and their close ones, the best information possible, promoting detection and prevention of diabetes, encouraging research in scientific and social fields, selling products for control of blood glucose levels and material for injection.

The AGD encourages physical activity as part of the overall management of diabetic patients. In this respect, it emphasizes the importance of regular and appropriate physical activity, having a beneficial effect on cardiovascular risk and overall well-being.

Founded in 1954, the AGD is a non-profit association of persons with or concerned by diabetes, and has approximately 1100 members. It is a member of the Swiss Diabetes Association.
